Sheriff Randall A. Wellington
is in his second term as Mahoning County Sheriff. His past experience
and education are impressive reminders of his skill and integrity.
The Sheriff holds a B.A. in Law Enforcement
Administration from Youngstown State University. He is a graduate of
the FBI National Academy, the FBI Law Enforcement Executive School,
The Secret Service Diplomat Protection School, and the Lincoln Zonn
Academy of Polygraph.
Sheriff Wellington served as an Army MP
in Korea, then served many positions with the Youngstown Police Department,
including 13 years as Chief of Police.
In his spare time, the Sheriff belongs
to many public and private organizations and is a fourth degree member
of the Knights of Columbus.
